When I'm not shooting weddings, I am either working hard behind the scenes, walking my dogs, or spending some quality time with my mom or hubby!
I absolutely love my job, and am enjoying life to the fullest! <3

My Why...
I purchased my first camera when I was 16 with my own paycheck from Dairy Queen. I was eager to get to know the settings and photograph any living animal/bug that my lens crossed. I actually never wanted to photograph people...until I did! I always felt shy and awkward getting people in front of my camera and snapping away, bugs were easier, THEY DIDN'T TALK BACK! It wasn't until I went to my very first wedding, that I FELL IN LOVE...I realized there was a science and art behind being a wedding photographer that I never knew existed! It lit a fire in my heart, and I couldn't get enough. It was then that I started shadowing other photographers, and teaching myself everything! I now have experience and knowledge under my wing to guide you and show you just how much your love glows through the art of my lens.
I was never one to like the whole 9-5 M-F gig...I had a lot of small jobs, serving, behind a desk a few times, and nothing ever really stuck, until this.
Yes, I am ALL SELF-TAUGHT! I didn't go to school for this, I didn't have someone to mentor me through the whole process. I kinda just dove in head first (if you ask my fiance, he'll say I do that a lot lol).
I now get the privilege of standing up with your friends and loved ones with you as you two make one of the biggest leaps in your life...MARRIAGE. Being able to photograph weddings is a true dream come true, and I do NOT take this job lightly!
